There's early research into red/NIR light and mood, stress, and cognition, but the clinical evidence is still limited — and it's genuinely hard to separate a light effect from simply taking 10 quiet minutes to rest.</p>
<p>So it's worth sharing experiences, but please keep it non-medical and don't treat it as a substitute for real care. If you're struggling with your mental health, please talk to a professional. For seasonal low mood (SAD) specifically, note that bright <em>white</em> light boxes — not red light — are the evidence-based tool. What have you noticed?</p>]]></content:encoded>
