<p><strong>Distance:</strong> commonly ~6–12 inches for panels — closer means a stronger dose. <strong>Time:</strong> roughly 10 minutes per area. <strong>Frequency:</strong> several times a week, consistently. And note the <em>biphasic</em> effect — more isn't better; there's a sweet spot, and overdoing it can backfire.</p>
<p><strong>Eyes:</strong> red light doesn't use UV, but bright panels can be uncomfortable or hard on the eyes, especially for face sessions — use the goggles that came with your device and don't stare into it. What's your device and routine?</p>]]></content:encoded>
