Vital Premier is the entry point into Vital’s commercial line for studios, clinics, gyms, and high-use home spaces that need broad full-body coverage and the brand’s nine-wavelength spectrum. This is no longer a “move it when you are done” panel; it is equipment you plan a treatment area around.

Our Review

The Vital Premier is the entry point into Vital’s premium commercial line, but there is nothing entry-level about the scale. At 71 inches tall and nearly 20 inches wide, it is designed to give clinics, gyms, spas, and recovery spaces broad full-body coverage without requiring the footprint of a dedicated light therapy bed.

It uses nine wavelengths at 480nm, 590nm, 630nm, 660nm, 670nm, 810nm, 830nm, 850nm, and 1060nm. That gives providers a much wider spectrum than a standard red and near-infrared panel and allows the system to support a broader range of session goals from one device.

Vital lists irradiance between 150 and 210 mW/cm² and rated power at 1200 watts. The panel is designed around anti-flicker LEDs and zero EMF, with a 100,000-hour rated lifespan that is better suited to frequent commercial use than a consumer device built for a single daily session.

The touchscreen interface is especially important in a professional setting. Providers can set timers, adjust brightness and volume, schedule sessions, and use preset programs without repeatedly configuring the device from scratch. A compatible touchscreen remote adds more control when the panel is installed in a treatment room.

Coverage is the Premier’s strongest practical advantage. Its height makes it possible to treat most of the body in one position, reducing session setup and making the device easier to incorporate into a professional workflow where time and client turnover matter.

The biggest added expense is the stand. Both motorized and stationary options are available, but the stand is sold separately. At 86 pounds, the Premier is also not something that will be moved casually between rooms once installed.

At $7,995, this is clearly a professional investment rather than a home wellness purchase. The price only makes sense when the panel will be used frequently, whether as a client service, recovery amenity, or part of a treatment offering.

For professional buyers who want a premium, polished full-body panel without stepping all the way up to the larger Ultimate or Bed, the Vital Premier is a particularly strong middle ground. It combines serious coverage, nine wavelengths, modern controls, and commercial presentation in a format that can still fit into a conventional treatment room.

Final Verdict

5

The Vital Premier is the commercial system we’d choose when a business is ready to make red light therapy a serious part of the client experience rather than simply add another wellness amenity. Its nearly six-foot treatment height, 864 premium anti-flicker LEDs, nine wavelengths spanning 480nm through 1060nm, 1,200W of rated power, zero EMF at treatment distance, and full-body format give spas, clinics, gyms, and recovery facilities a professional treatment platform that can handle far more than a basic red and near-infrared session. More importantly, it makes the service easier to deliver. Clients get substantial coverage from one dedicated station, staff aren’t piecing together smaller panels, and the broad wavelength platform gives the business room to develop different treatment offerings over time. At $7,995, we’d only make the investment once demand, room placement, and service pricing make sense, especially because commercial sales are final and the stand is purchased separately. But for an established business ready to offer red light therapy at a premium level, the Premier feels appropriately built for the job. It combines the technology and coverage we’d want from professional equipment with a relatively slim footprint that can still work in smaller treatment rooms. Rather than feeling like a consumer panel scaled up for commercial use, it feels like a system a business can confidently build an entire red light therapy service around.
