Commercial Use, Clinics, Premium Full Body

The Infraredi Pro Elite Plus 2.0 is the brand’s largest single-panel option, built for someone who wants serious full-body coverage without combining multiple panels into one system. Its extra-wide design lets you expose considerably more of your body at once, making it especially appealing if you’re tired of repositioning smaller panels throughout a session. It’s a substantial piece of equipment that needs a dedicated space, but if you want to walk up to one panel and get broad, convenient coverage, that’s exactly where the Pro Elite Plus 2.0 makes sense.

Our Review

The Infraredi Pro Elite Plus 2.0 is for someone who wants to stop thinking about whether their red light panel is big enough. At approximately six feet tall and more than two feet wide, it gives you enough treatment area to comfortably expose large portions of your body at once without constantly shifting from side to side. That convenience is really what you’re paying for here.

And you are paying quite a bit for it. At $6,099, the Pro Elite Plus 2.0 sits near the very top of Infraredi’s lineup. This isn’t where we’d suggest starting if you’re still figuring out whether red light therapy is something you’ll use consistently. But if you’ve already decided you want a permanent full-body setup and don’t want to wish you’d bought something wider six months from now, the Elite Plus starts to make much more sense. In this review, we’ll go through how it works, what it’s like to live with, price, shipping, returns and warranty, and what customers are saying so you can decide whether all that extra coverage is actually worth paying for.

The Infraredi Pro Elite Plus 2.0

The Pro Elite Plus 2.0 is Infraredi’s widest premium full-body configuration. It’s built from four Pro Max Plus 2.0 panels and measures approximately 71.5 inches tall by 27.6 inches wide once configured, giving you significantly more side-to-side coverage than the narrower full-body systems in the Pro lineup.

That width is probably the specification we’d care about most as a buyer. Plenty of red light systems are tall enough to technically qualify as full body, but a narrow panel can still leave you adjusting your position to expose your shoulders, arms, and sides more evenly. The Elite Plus gives you considerably more room to stand naturally in front of the light, which is the kind of difference you may appreciate much more after hundreds of sessions than you do while comparing spec sheets.

The system uses five wavelengths: 630nm and 660nm red light along with 810nm, 830nm, and 850nm near-infrared light. You also get adjustable brightness and pulsing rather than being limited to one fixed output. If you prefer to keep things simple, you don’t need to use every setting just because it’s there.

Infraredi rates the Elite Plus at greater than 250 mW/cm² irradiance. That’s a substantial advertised output, although we’d avoid choosing between brands based solely on irradiance numbers. Different meters, distances, and testing methods can make direct comparisons misleading. We’d put more weight on the Elite Plus’s coverage and usability because those are advantages you’ll actually experience every time you use it.

Using the Pro Elite Plus 2.0

For something this substantial, the actual treatment experience can be pretty straightforward. Infraredi recommends positioning yourself roughly 6 to 12 inches away, and sessions generally run around 10 to 20 minutes. Once you have a dedicated place for the system, there’s very little preparation involved. Walk up, choose your settings, complete your session, and move on with your day.

The brightness can be adjusted rather than forcing you to use maximum output every time. We like having that control on a system this powerful because you may not want the same intensity when treating your face that you prefer during a broader body session. Pulsing is available as well if it’s something you specifically want to experiment with.

Just remember that full-body coverage still doesn’t mean 360-degree coverage. The Elite Plus illuminates you from one direction. If you want equal exposure across your front and back, you’ll still need to turn around during your routine. What the extra width helps eliminate is much of the smaller side-to-side repositioning that narrower panels can require.

The bigger lifestyle consideration is where you’re putting it. The system weighs approximately 123 pounds across its four panels before considering the rest of your setup. This isn’t something we’d plan to move around the house whenever we want a session. It makes considerably more sense in a home gym, wellness room, or another dedicated area where it can remain set up.

Price

The Infraredi Pro Elite Plus 2.0 is listed at $6,099 at regular price, putting it among the most expensive systems in the Pro Series. At this level, we’d stop asking whether it’s a good red light panel and start asking whether you personally need this much red light panel.

If you primarily want to treat your face, joints, one muscle group, or even a few larger areas, the answer is probably no. Infraredi has several smaller Pro 2.0 configurations that give you the same five wavelengths and many of the same controls without requiring a $6,000 investment.

The Elite Plus becomes easier to justify when coverage itself is your priority. Maybe you’ve already used a smaller panel and you’re tired of moving around in front of it. Maybe multiple people in your household will use the system. Or maybe you simply know that having one large treatment area ready to go will make you considerably more consistent. Those are better reasons to spend the extra money than buying it simply because it’s near the top of the lineup.

It’s also worth comparing it carefully with Infraredi’s Pro Studio 2.0. The Studio sits very close to the Elite Plus in price, so at this point we’d look closely at the physical configuration and how you actually want your treatment area arranged rather than automatically assuming one is better because it costs slightly more.

Shipping & Setup

Infraredi includes free shipping and ships through local warehouses using express courier. That’s particularly meaningful with the Elite Plus because you’re not receiving a compact box that can simply be carried upstairs and forgotten about until later.

We’d decide exactly where this system is going before ordering it. Measure the room, account for the panel itself, and make sure you have enough space in front of it to comfortably stand at your preferred treatment distance. It sounds obvious, but product photos can make large red light systems look much less imposing than they’ll feel once they’re actually standing in your home.

Infraredi offers different setup options across its larger Pro systems, and we’d consider your preferred positioning as part of the purchase rather than an afterthought. With something this heavy, the stand and mounting arrangement can have a surprisingly large effect on how enjoyable the system is to use long term.

Returns & Warranty

The Pro Elite Plus 2.0 comes with Infraredi’s three-year warranty and 60-day risk-free trial. We like having two months to decide whether a system this expensive actually works in your home and routine rather than being forced to make that call within a typical 30-day window.

Three years of warranty coverage is also respectable, although at more than $6,000, we’d still like to see Infraredi stand behind the system for longer. You’re buying four panels and a substantial amount of electronics with the expectation that this will remain part of your routine for years.

If you do order it, we’d keep all of the packaging throughout the entire trial period. Returning a small panel is annoying enough. Returning a roughly 123-pound multi-panel system is something we’d want to make as uncomplicated as possible if you ultimately decide it’s too large, too expensive, or simply more equipment than you need.

What Customers Are Saying

Infraredi displays overwhelmingly positive feedback across its Pro Series, with owners frequently mentioning solid construction, ease of use, powerful output, and incorporating their panels into daily or nightly routines. Some customers specifically describe the panels as heavy-duty and well built, which is reassuring when you’re looking at equipment in this price range.

There’s an important catch with the reviews, though. Infraredi combines feedback from different Pro Series models on its product pages. That means the impressive overall rating you see alongside the Elite Plus isn’t necessarily based on more than 150 people who own this exact $6,099 configuration. Some displayed reviews are explicitly for smaller products like the Pro Mini, Pro Max, and Pro Max Plus.

We’d keep that distinction in mind because owning a smaller Infraredi panel isn’t the same experience as owning the Elite Plus. Someone can tell you that they like the quality and controls of their Pro Max, which is useful because the products share technology, but they can’t tell you whether living with a 123-pound Elite Plus in your home becomes inconvenient after a year.

There are also a few criticisms within the broader Pro Series feedback. One owner liked their panel but felt Infraredi didn’t provide enough guidance about treatment distance, wavelengths, intensity, and which settings to use. Another liked the device but wished the control panel were positioned differently. Those aren’t Elite Plus-specific complaints, but the first one is worth considering because this system gives you enough customization that a beginner may initially wonder what they’re actually supposed to do with all of it.

That’s probably our biggest limitation when evaluating customer feedback for the Elite Plus specifically. There’s plenty of positive sentiment surrounding Infraredi’s Pro technology, but much less clearly separated long-term feedback from people who own this exact configuration. We’d rather tell you that than let a shared star rating make the decision feel more settled than it actually is.

The Infraredi Pro Elite Plus 2.0 ultimately makes the most sense for someone who already knows what annoys them about smaller red light panels: not enough width, too much repositioning, and sessions that become more complicated when you’re trying to expose most of your body. Its wider full-body treatment area addresses those problems in a way you’ll actually notice during regular use.

But we’d be careful not to buy your way into more equipment than you need. More than $6,000 and roughly 123 pounds is a serious commitment for something that will effectively become a permanent fixture in your home. If you’re new to red light therapy, mainly interested in targeted treatments, or aren’t sure you’ll use it consistently, we’d go smaller. If you’ve already crossed that bridge and what you really want is a wide, powerful full-body system you won’t immediately feel the need to upgrade, that’s where the Pro Elite Plus 2.0 earns its place.

Final Verdict

4.6

The Infraredi Pro Elite Plus 2.0 is ideal for someone who already knows they want a serious full-body red light therapy setup and doesn’t want to keep wondering whether they should have gone bigger. Its extra width is what we’d pay attention to most because it gives you more room to stand naturally in front of the system and spend less time repositioning yourself just to get the coverage you wanted in the first place. But this is also a major commitment in both price and space, so we wouldn’t choose it simply because it’s one of Infraredi’s biggest options. If you’re new to red light therapy, mainly treating a few areas, or aren’t sure how consistently you’ll use it, you can get much of the same Pro Series technology for considerably less. We’d also like longer warranty coverage for a system at this level. But if you’ve already decided red light therapy will be part of your routine long term, have a dedicated place for it, and know you’ll appreciate that wider coverage every time you step in front of it, the Pro Elite Plus 2.0 gives you the kind of setup you’re unlikely to feel the need to upgrade anytime soon.
