How long before red light helps with wrinkles and firmness?
Setting expectations: this is gradual. Studies using red light (around 660nm) report improvements in fine lines, texture, and elasticity over several weeks to a few months of consistent use — not overnight.
It stimulates fibroblasts (your collagen-making cells), so think of it as supportive skincare, not a replacement for injectables or lasers. Because collagen naturally declines with age, most people keep up a maintenance routine. Use it on clean, dry skin, stay consistent, and take honest before/after photos in the same lighting. What device and schedule are you using?
