Choosing my first device — panel, mask, or handheld?

Start from your goal, then match the form factor: a mask for the face, a panel for the body or large areas (back, joints), a handheld/wand for spot-treating. Full-body setups exist if the budget allows.

Then check the specs that actually matter: irradiance (mW/cm²), wavelengths (red ~660nm and near-infrared ~850nm), coverage size, low flicker and EMF, FDA clearance, and a decent return policy. Ask for third-party numbers, not just the brand's marketing. What's your main goal and budget?
